'Pearl of Georgian' - is a stunning vacation home on beautiful Georgian Bay, approximately twenty minutes from Parry Sound. Recently built, this four bedroom, four bathroom home (plus guest cottage), features vaulted ceilings, wood floors throughout, stunning views of the bay, a designer kitchen with granite counter tops, spacious rec room on lower level with air hockey & foosball, pool table/ping pong table etc. There are two screened porches - one at either end of the cottage with extensive decking all along the front of the cottage. The dining room faces the lake as well (and the table can be extended to seat 12). The cottage is very well equipped with all of the modern amenities - and has a hot tub set on the property between the lake and the cottage available year round. The property is on a year round road and available for all seasons.

The master bedroom (queen bed) is located on the main floor and has a four piece ensuite with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, toilet & sink. There is a two piece powder room on this main level as well. On the upper level - there are two bedrooms located at opposite ends of the cottage - one with a king bed the other room has two double beds. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a four piece bathroom on this upper level (tub/shower, toilet & sink). On the lower level there is a bedroom with a double bed and a four piece bathroom (jacuzzi, shower, toilet & sink). The guest cottage is located approximately 50 meters from the cottage, and has two bedrooms (double beds in both), with a sitting area TV/DVD, and a three piece bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). NOTE: guest cottage is not available in winter months and the occupancy is reduced to 8 total with a maximum of 6 adults. End of stay cleaning is included in the rate for 3-night low-season rentals only.
Kitchen is well equipped with 'fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher , wine cooler. Living area has two sided gas fireplace, flat screen satellite television. Dining room table extends to seat 12. Two small screened porch sitting rooms at either end of the cottage on this level. Lowever level rec room has seating area, bar area, pool table, (ping pong cover), air hockey etc. Laundry. No phone (good cell service for Bell, Rogers & Telus in area). Deck, covered barbecue area, patio furniture, dock, two canoes, two kakaks. Campfire area.
Waterfront & Swimming
With 300' of frontage this cottage has extensive shoreline - located in a small bay on Deep Bay with access to Georgian Bay. Dock - depth at end is 2-3' currently due to low water levels, (ladder at end of dock), with limited shallow entry at shore over rock shelf (soft bottom as you proceed out), some lily pads off to the sides.

Complete the Cottage Request Form
Complete the "Cottage Request Form". If you have any questions, we can be reached by email [mail(at)cottagerental(dot)com] or by telepone at 905.862.0252 or at 1.877.862.0254 (Toll-Free). One of our staff will be happy to answer any questions that you have, verify cottage availability, rate, etc. At this time we will create/update a file for you with the information needed to respond to your booking request.
Return the Booking Application Form
Once we have put the cottage on "Hold", we will email you our Booking Application Form for completion and return to our office by fax or email within 2 days. A payment of 30% of the cost of the cottage plus our $90.00 + HST agency service fee (plus the cost of Trip Cancellation Insurance, if purchased) will be charged to the credit card provided with the Booking Form. A post-dated cheque for the balance payment of 70%, (plus any optional charges such as Accidental Damage Waiver, Cleaning Service, Linens Service) dated 6 weeks prior to occupancy, is forwarded to our office by mail within 5 business days. The Travel Package will be forwarded to you within 15 days of our having processed your booking.
Receive Booking Confirmation and Rental Package
After receipt and processing by our office, a Booking Confirmation and Travel Package are mailed to the Booking Applicant. Please note that, no booking is considered 'confirmed' until a written Booking Confirmation has been produced by our office. In addition to the Booking Confirmation, the Travel Package will include a copy of the Cottage/General page from our website listing the cottage inventory, bedsizes, etc., a map to the cottage and a set of Cottage Instructions/Rules.
Receive Cottage Access Information
Approximately one week prior to the start date of your holiday, we will contact you with instructions on accessing the cottage. Generally, this will be via a Lock Box at the cottage; however, there may be other arrangements necessary depending on the cottage..
