General DescriptionTruly a unique property! Set on beautiful Kasshabog Lake, this three bedroom post and beam style vacation home has it's own 'living moat' with a pond and rock waterfall and a covered glass bridge into the cottage! Surrounded by decks - some covered and some open - the outside living space of this property makes you feel like you are one with nature! There is a hot tub on a lower deck and a covered outside shower. Step inside and the journey continues with Brazilian cherry wood floors and cabinetry, vaulted and beamed ceilings,and a carved wooden staircase. A 'Roman Spa' bath offers a two person programmable hot tub/spa, heated floors, glass enclosed twin shower. Private decks off of two of the bedrooms overlooking the lake. (Note - there is a new love seat, end table and lamp in the living area replacing the antique chairs showing in the current photos). Located approximately 30 minutes from Lakefield.

Bedrooms & BathroomsOn the main floor is a bedroom with two single beds, and a two piece bathroom. On the upper level - there are two large bedrooms at either end of the cottage with private, enclosed walk out decks for each bedroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There is a 'spa' bathroom between the two rooms and accessible from each room and the hallway. The bathroom features a two person programmable hot tub/spa, a two person enlosed glass shower, heated Italian tile floors and benches, polished amethyst stone pedestal sinks.

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 155' frontage accessed by about 30 wooden terraced steps (accent lighting throughtout property) to the waterfront area, where there is a 20' long dock (ladder) with clean, deep water swimming. There is some limited shallow entry off to the left with sandy bottom, deepens quickly. Cottage is located in a bay with a dam at the end - limited boat traffic.
