There are three bedrooms - all on the upper floor. The master has a queen bed and a small walk out balcony. There is a second bedroom with a double bed and a third also with a double bed. There is a double futon sofa bed in the living area. There is a two piece bathroom on the main floor and a four piece (tub/shower, toilet & sink) on the upper level which is accessed from the hallway and the master bedroom.
