General Description

Wonderful lake views from this renovated four bedroom cottage sitting right on the shores of Lake Scugog. The main living area is open concept - large counter/breakfast bar, step down to the living area - wood floors, walls and ceilings with a gas fireplace. The cottage is built very close to the shoreline and has extensive decking on two levels. While neighbouring cottages are fairly close, the decks have privacy screening. The upper level has a hot tub nestled among three tall cedars and lots of sitting areas (hot tub usually available May - Oct, winter bookings please inquire). Steps down to the lower level deck and dock (not shown in photos). Sit and relax and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. The cottage is very well equipped with brand new appliances. Minutes from the town of Port Perry and the Blue Heron Casino ( www.gbhcasino.com). A wonderful four season property a short drive to Toronto. End of stay cleaning included in rate.

Four bedrooms. The three bedrooms on the main floor have a queen in one room and a double bed in each of the other two. The master bedroom is in on the second floor loft and has a queen bed (loft is open to stairway). On the main floor there is a three piece bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) and a two piece powder room.

Approximately 50' of shoreline. The dock (not shown in photos) is 60' and has a ladder at the end and a set of wooden steps into the water at the shoreline for easy access into the water. The bottom is pebbly/stony at the shore (to about 5' from shore) with sand bottom, gradual slope as you proceed further. Approximately 2' deep at the shoreline.
