General DescriptionSet on six acres, with 220' of frontage on beautiful Lake Muskoka, across the bay from Crown land and just minutes from Taboo Resort and Golf Club - and a short drive to Gravenhurst - this five bedroom cottage provides lots of living space and all of the comforts of a lakeside home. Set on a well treed lot, slightly elevated from the waterfront, the cottage is accessed by approx. 20 steps from the paved parking area. The cottage has bedrooms and bathrooms on two levels, a spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen area as well as a rec room and a library/study with lake views, on the lower level which is accessed by a unique wrought iron spiral staircase. With wood floors, walls and ceilings - and lots of windows overlooking the wrap around deck and waterfront - along with southwesterly exposure - this cottage is a wonderful family retreat.
