General Description

Very comfortable four bedroom cottage on beautiful Kawagama Lake - near Dorset. Recently renovated, this cottage has a very spacious living area along with a three season Muskoka room along the front of the cottage - screened and glassed for true enjoyment of the outdoors. In addition, there is a rec room on the lower level with a walk out to the grounds. Bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels. Located on a year round road, the property is winterized and available all year. Located approximately 15 min. drive from Dorset (cottage is directly off of the road which dead ends 5 km further).

There are three bedrooms on the main level - a king and two queens. There is a four piece bathroom on this level (tub/shower, toilet & sink). On the lower level is a bedroom with two double bed. There is a two piece powder room (toilet & sink) Note this room has been finished since this photo was taken. There is a utility room with pump/electrical panel that has a shower and third toilet on this level as well.

Waterfront & Swimming

Approx. 100' of shoreline - open grassy to the shore - with tall trees on either side. The waterfront is quite shallow - some sand beach depending on water levels - softer water bottom as you proceed out. In addition to the deck at the shore shown in photos - there is a dock as well.
