General DescriptionWonderful family cottage built in the '50s is set on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau on Royal Muskoka Island on the site of the historic Royal Muskoka Hotel. Enjoy beautiful open views from the gazebo by the shore and watch the Segwun sailing past. Royal Muskoka Island is road accessible with open interior lands owned by the cottage association with walking/biking trails, baseball diamond and basket ball court. This traditional three bedroom cottage has lots of charm and character and is in immaculate condition. The three bedrooms and bathroom are up four steps from the main living/kitchen and dining areas which overlook the lake. A lovely covered stone patio sits beside the cottage and there is a gazebo at the shore. The cottage is accessed by 30 steps from the parking area. It's a 20 minute drive to Port Carling.

Lovely gazebo set just above the dock on the shoreline. Dock is approx. 24' long - and has boat whips on the side dock for boat docking. (Centre slip not usable for docking). Clean deep water swimming from the dock. (No shallow entry).
