General DescriptionWonderfully restored traditional family cottage - wood floors , walls, lots of charm and character. All new windows overlooking Eagle Lake with great fishing, boating and swimming. Beautifully appointed, very comfortably furnished and finished this lovely family cottage sits on a well treed lot with southerly exposure, walk out to deck and a large deck/dock at the shore with great swimming. A hot tub on the deck overlooks the lake. The cottage is set very close to the water's edge - outstanding southerly views! Small sandy beach and play area a short drive away. Golf nearby. Approx. 15 min to South River. The cottage is located approximately 45 min. north of Huntsville and 1 hour south of North Bay. There is access to Algonquin Park from South River. Mikisew Prov. Park has a large sandy beach and play area and boat launch. Forgotten Trails are in the area, great for biking and exploring.
