General DescriptionStunning family vacation home on Crane Lake near Parry Sound. With 200' of frontage and lots of tree cover to provide good privacy. Sand beach for children as well as deep water swimming from the large deck/dock for adults. This four bedroom cottage is beautifully designed and furnished. Spacious main living area with floor to ceiling stone fireplace and wall of windows overlooking the lake. Wrap around deck with access from dining area and kitchen. There is a loft/media room overlooking the living area and a rec room on the lower (basement) level with walk out to the grounds. Wide plank floors in the living room with slate floors in the kitchen and and basement rooms. This cottage also has a back up generator for power outages. Located approx. 25 minutes from Parry Sound. End of stay cleaning and bed/bath linens are included in the rental.

Bedrooms & BathroomsOn the main level there are two bedrooms. The master with a king bed, gas fireplace and television, has a four piece ensuite bathroom which has a jacuzzi tub, shower, toilet & sink. There is a second bedroom on this level with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom (tub/shower, toilet & sink). There is also a powder room (toilet/sink) on this level. On the lower (basement) level is a set of single beds in an alcove off of the rec room (open to rec room) and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed (not shown in photo). There is a three piece bathroom (shower, toilet & sink) on this level.
