There is an elevator for effortless movement between floors for mobility challenged guests, or for taking "happy hour" beverages and snacks to the third lakeside deck. The tempered glass railings on the upper deck and the gym provide stunning "big lake" views of Twelve Mile Lake. An experimental UFAD (Underwater Fishing Attracting Device) automatically turns on and off at dusk and sunrise for anglers. Set on a mature lot with large trees. Bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels as well as a rec room and ground floor walk out to the lake. This cottage has plenty of space for a family to relax and enjoy. The large separate gym overlooking the lake is equipped with yoga mats, weights, workout videos, treadmill and a stationary bike. The gym also has a private area which can be used as an office removed from the main cottage. Unlimited Wi-Fi. Located approximately 10 minutes from town of Minden, this cottage is close to the Minden. Whitewater Preserve, the Poker Lakes Wilderness canoe area and many other local attractions. A minimum booking duration of 2 weeks for each rental.
Note: If guests include children 12 years of age or younger, the elevator will be programmed to be inoperable.

Limited shallow entry from dock into 3.5' via steps (with handrails) into the lake. Water approx. 6' off end of dock. An underwater fish attracting device (UFAD) has recently been installed.
