Waterfront & SwimmingThe property has 154' of frontage (75' cleared) accessed by 12 terraced steps from hot tub level. Shallow entry to the left of the dock over sandy bottom (soft as you wade out), with reed growth on both sides of the dock. (Note some photos show water levels in the fall with very low water levels). Dock is 16' and water depth is approx. 5' at the end during the summer.
