General DescriptionWonderful family cottage set on a well treed lot overlooking beautiful Otter Lake near Parry Sound. The two bedroom (plus guest cottage) cottage is elevated from the waterfront with large walk out deck plus two additional decks overlooking the water. The open concept cottage has a large living area with vaulted & beamed ceilings, floor to ceiling stone fireplace and is very comfortably furnished and finished with lots of extras. In addition to the main cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen in the guest cottage adjacent to the garage, with a large bedroom & bathroom on the second floor. Located about 15 minutes from Parry Sound for shopping and entertainment.
