General DescriptionCosy two bedroom, traditional cottage is set on a level lot with tall trees, open grassy areas. Cottage has large screened porch overlooking the waterfront. Large wrap around deck. Lot of room to explore the wonderful natural setting on this quiet back bay of the Trent River near Campbellford. There is a a large island opposite the cottage with the main Trent waterway on the other side of the island. Good canoing area with natural shoreline. Approx.15 min to Campbellford.

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 200' of natural shoreline - level, grassy approach. Shallow entry beside dock over soft bottom, very weedy as you proceed out. Great canoeing as it is part of a conservation area which is home to lots of different widllife, including snapping turtles.
