Fall at the Lake

Image may contain: tree, plant, sky, outdoor and nature

The fall is a wonderful time to enjoy cottage country! Always famous for spectacular fall foliage, picturesque hikes through colourful forests, paddling along lakes and rivers or a bike ride or afternoon drive. The golf courses are wonderful to play in autumn as well.

Our private cottages are a joy to visit in autumn too. The bugs have usually departed, lakes are quieter and any watercraft and dock amenities are generally available until at least Thanksgiving weekend. Warming up by a campfire in the evenings is a wonderful way to end the day

Most of our cottages offer reduced rates for rentals after Labour Day and many are available for 3-night stays in late September and throughout October.  Our availability is up to date but it is our policy to confirm availability prior to confirming your booking for all low-season and 3-night stays.  We would be happy to help you find a cottage to suit your fall vacation needs!

There are also many events taking place in Cottage Country this fall, so plan your stay around one that interests you and you family!
