Approximately 80 ft. of lake frontage accessed from two spacious tiered decks down to the dock. 9 steps from upper cottage deck down to lower tier with additional 5 steps down to dock. Steps to a shallow entry area with a sand/rock bottom. Water depth deepens quickly with over 15 feet clean deep water swimming off the end of the dock.
