Terrific family cottage located on Buckskin Lake in Tory Hill. This cottage is cozy, tidy and offers excellent views from large windows in the kitchen and living area with walk out to the deck. This cottage has a nice open concept with comfortable seating and is very comfortably furnished and finished throughout. The parking is elevated from the cottage. There are 47 stairs with railing from the parking area to the cottage entrance.The paths to the waterfront are rugged and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. This cottage is well kept and close to the small town of Gooderham and not far from Haliburton which offers plenty of attractions as well as golf.

Waterfront & Swimming

Approximately 110’ of frontage access by 6 stairs off the deck to the screened gazebo and campfire area Rocky path leads to main dock. There is also access to the water on the opposite side of the deck with a rocky, step path. There is a second dock near the shed to launch the watercraft. The water is shallow at shore with easy access to sides of dock and sand/pebble bottom. The water is approximately 8’ off the end of the dock accessed by ladder.
