Terrific family cottage located on Upper Buckhorn Lake. Set elevated from the water offering wonderful views of the lake off a beautiful deck with glass railings. This cottage has character and charm and is very well kept. Beautiful views from the large windows in the living area and open to the kitchen which offers plenty of amenities and an eat up breakfast bar. Just minutes to the town of Buckhorn which features one of Canada's largest privately-owned, retail art galleries, golf, country markets and more.

There are two bedrooms and one washroom in this cottage. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a lake facing view. The second has a double/single bunkbed combination and a twin bed. There is one 4 piece washroom with tub/shower, toilet and sink.

Approximately 100’ of lakefront accessed by stairs with railing from deck (slightly elevated). Flat lawn area with campfire pit situated nicely by the water. Beautiful dock for lakeside sitting with ladder for water access. Paddle boat and Stand up Paddle board available for renter use (NOTE: boat shown in photos not for renter use). Water is approximately 1’ at shore with gradual slope to 3-5’ at end of dock. Water is weedy as shown in photos.
