Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The main level has two bedrooms – both with queen size beds, one with a walk-out to a small screened porch. There is a four piece bathroom on this level (accessible from master and hallway) with a tub/shower, toilet & sink. (Note the bidet shown in photos is not functional). On the upper level, accessed off of the loft is a bedroom with a double bed and a futon that opens into a queen bed (low, slanted ceiling). The open loft area has a comfortable sofa, loveseat, chair and large ottoman with Apple TV. On the lower (basement) level, there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third bedroom has a lower double/upper single. There is a three piece bathroom on this level (shower, toilet & sink).

Amazon Fire Cube tv in both the living room and rec room. Dining room table extends to seat 8, plus eat up counter for 4. The basement has an electric fireplace, pool table, Amazon Fire Cube 75″ TV with surround sound system, sitting area, and enclosed hot tub. Wrap-around verandah on the main level leading to a fully enclosed screened porch off the master bedroom, looking down over a large sun deck on the lower level. Patio furniture, gas bbq, charcoal bbq, 2 docks, tandem kayak and 2 paddle boats. 6 adult life jackets.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approximately 120′ of frontage accessed by 30 wood/terraced steps from the lower level of the cottage. Shallow sandy entry over firm sand bottom between the two docks (note – campfire in photos has been removed and replaced with a small, portable fire pit), deep water swimming form end of dock (ladder). Diving tower (3 meters). Boat slip in boat house available for renter use.

“This cottage is in a beautiful location, and close to Baysville. It is as large as it looks in the photos. As a family who enjoys cooking our own meals, we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The brand new refridgerator was a bonus! This cottage has two big levels which appealed to the teens in the family. They really enjoyed the big TV, the pool table and the hot tub. The diving tower was a huge hit, and the water was beautiful, even in late August. We enjoyed the lower deck where we had our cocktails, and the big main room where eight of us were able to take our meals at a massive table. We rented paddle boards from Baysville Marin who delivered them to the door. Of course, the paddle boats provided, were a hit with the older and younger members of our group.”

The beach area was safe, fun, roomy for gathering and had marvelous boating choices. It is near to Huntsville for grocery shopping. There are many nearby activites for entertainment. The views from any angle were spectacular.”

” The location of this cottage on Lake of Bays was the main attraction. The water was so clean here, we swam every day that that sun was shining during our stay. The cottage is set high up and the view of the lake was great. There were always boats going by. The cottage was very comfortable.”

Yes, cottage was great and as-advertised. We were a big group (mostly kids) and there was plenty of room. All the kids loved the jumping platform; they would probably say that was the highlight! And yes, I would rent this cottage again.
