Guest Comments

“The cottage was nestled in a little cove off of Lake Chandos. Beautiful property and cottage. Everyone in the neighbouring town Apsley was very helpful and kind. We all survived the power-outage together. We loved the style/layout of the cottage and cleanliness. We have two small children and needed something with a good layout for sleeping and play time. The cottage was beautiful; it was everything we hoped for.

The owner should be very proud of her art collection. One of my favourite features was the abundance of well thought-out and placed pieces of artwork. My goodness, just amazing pieces. As an artist, I felt inspired by the end of the week. Also, we really appreciated the rain-day cupboard for days when we had to stay in (there was only 1 rainy day for us, but it was nice to have options for games and crafts). You can tell that the owner has put a lot of thought and work into the cottage. The only thing that was missing was a potato masher (or maybe there is one but we just couldn’t find it). Overall, we had an amazing time at this amazing cottage. Thank you so much, Fran!!”
