About Our Cottages

Geography

The majority of the approximately 160 Ontario cottage rentals that we represent are located in the 1.5 to 4 hour drive time of Greater Toronto, in what is traditionally called "Cottage Country". We have cottage properties available for vacation rentals in Muskoka, Haliburton, Parry Sound and the Kawarthas, from Georgian Bay to Eastern Ontario, from Lake Simcoe to Huntsville and Bancroft.

Standards

All of the rental cottages that we represent have been inspected by our staff, and meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. All properties have fully equipped kitchens, washrooms with at least 3 pieces (toilet, sink, shower and/or tub) and many other amenities to make your vacation a pleasant one. Typically, our Ontario rental cottage properties will accommodate from 5 to 10 persons with a maximum number party size established for each cottage.

Since the cottages are privately owned, the size, character and range of available facilities vary from one property to another. Waterfronts range from those with extensive sandy beaches to those with rugged, natural shorelines with deep water access. Some cottages allow pets but few allow smoking inside the cottage. Each cottage is unique. Some will meet the needs of the most discriminating clientele while others will suit those who want something more basic and "cottagey".

Rates

Rates for the cottages vary widely. Summer (High season) weekly rates vary from $800 to over $3,000 per week. Low Season rates for spring and fall are normally about 30% less than the summer weekly rate and for some cottages, we have introduced Mid-Season rates for several weeks that border the late June & early July and late August & early September periods.
