General DescriptionWonderful family vacation retreat set on a large, well treed lot with great views of Commanda Lake near the town of Restoule. This four bedroom (plus bunkie) cottage has a spacious family room addition with a wall of windows facing the lake and the rear of the property. Other renovations include the bunkie, a new 25' dock (spring 2012), and a new main floor deck (spring 2012). Lots of extras like a hot tub, laundry, satellite tv, high speed internet access. Located 10 minutes from town of Restoule for shopping.

Two bedrooms have queen beds (and ceiling fans), the third has a double and the fourth has a set of single bunks and a playpen. There is a four piece bathroom (tub/shower, toilet & sink) on the main floor. There is a three piece bathroom on the lower (basement) level (shower, toilet & sink). There is a two piece bathroom on the second floor. The bunkie has a queen bed.

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 160' of frontage accessed over a grassy slope to water's edge. Shallow entry over stone steps, sand bottom, gradual slope. Some exposed sand beach depending on water levels. (Water levels are low in the current photos). Some lily pad growth as you wade out into deeper water. Note - new 25' dock planned for spring 2012.
