This recently built cottage has a designer kitchen, huge living room with vaulted ceilings, wood floors and a spacious family /sun room with screened/glassed windows and a stone fireplace. Beautifully finished and furnished - with all of the 'extras' including a piano and air conditioning. There is also a spacious rec room on the the lower level with large screen television. Approximately forty minutes to Bancroft and about 30 to Madoc.

There is a second bedroom on this level with a double bed. There is a two piece powder room on the main level as well. On the lower level there are two bedrooms - each with a queen bed and a single/trundle bed (sleeps two). There is a five piece bathroom on this level as well - separate shower, tub , 2 sinks and toilet. There is a bunkie at the shoreline with a double bed.

Waterfront & SwimmingApprox. 110' shoreline accessed from elevated cottage location by winding path. Level area at shoreline with campfire area, large deck and dock. Bunkie at shoreline as well. Clean deep water swimming from dock (has ladder) as well as swim raft that is anchored out further. Limited shallow entry beside dock (on either side) into approx 1-2' deep water with firm sand bottom - deepens quickly.
