There is a lovely sun room off of the dining area as well as a finished rec room on the lower level with a gas fireplace, television and ping pong table. The cottage is spacious, very well equipped and has lots of inside and outside play areas for the children.

There are two bedrooms on the finished lower level - one with a queen and one with a double . There are 3 bathrooms. There is a four piece (tub/shower, toilet & sink) in the master ensuite, plus another 3 piece (shower, toilet, sink) on the main level. On the lower level is another three piece bathroom (toilet, sink, shower).

Waterfront & SwimmingThis cottage has direct access to spectacular Georgian Bay beach (near Deanlea Beach). There is about a 50 meter walk from the back yard of the home, on boardwalk and sand to the outstanding sandy shoreline with lots of opportunity to walk and wade in the water.

Guest Comments"This cottage is spacious and beautiful! I personally loved the sunset views & the sun-room the most. The ping-pong table was fun and the piano adds an extra special touch! The fireplace is lovely, although we didn't use it. The deck and walk-out to the large yard are truly amazing! The beach is wonderfully clean, safe and nicely private enough while being close to the public beach of Deanlea as well! The proximity of the cottage to the Midland and Penetang areas provided us with all the necessities as well as two lovely docks for the kids to fish from! The neighbours we spoke to were all very nice and friendly. The drive from Toronto is not too far but far enough to get away from it all! All in all, I'd rate this cottage a 10 1/2 out of 10!
