General DescriptionOutstanding beach - Cawaja Beach on Georgian Bay! It is indeed a rare occasion to find a beach as perfect as this one. This beautifully restored family cottage has wonderful charm and character - with all of the modern amenities. The cottage has been completely renovated in the spring of 2006 featuring, among other things, a new kitchen, bathroom, floors - it is very comfortably furnished and finished. The pine walls, vaulted ceilings from the original cottage create a wonderful atmosphere. The cottage is set on a level lot, with tall pine trees and a beautiful view of the water from the front deck and living areas. Minutes from Perkinsfield - and a short drive from Midland/ Penetanguishene. About 1.5 hours from Toronto. Cleaning service available at additional cost. (renter to arrange directly as noted in Cottage Instructions ).

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are four bedrooms in this cottage. The master has a queen bed, a second bedroom has a double, the third has a set of single bunks and the fourth bedroom has a double/single bunk combo. The bathroom is three piece - shower, toilet and sink.

Waterfront & SwimmingA few steps from the cottage, you will find a stretch of beach that is arguably the nicest in the area. Soft, stone & rock-free sand stretches up and down the shoreline, perfect for long walks or childrens play. Excellent access into the water all along the shore with a very gradual slope into deeper water.
