General Description

Two cottages - perfect for extended families. This recently built, open concept cottage and guest cottage, has lofted living room ceiling with sky lights, great wall of windows/doors overlooking the lake, pine floors and is very comfortably furnished and finished. There are two bedrooms in the main cottage and two additional bedrooms in the guest cottage. The main cottage has an open kitchen/dining/living area, fireplace, tv etc. There is a large loft bedroom overlooking the living area with the master bedroom on the lower level. The guest cottage has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a lovely living area with walk out and a small kitchenette. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with good tree cover, hedging and fencing for some privacy. Approximately 15 minutes to Port Perry. Small playground a short walk from the cottage.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The main cottage has a main floor bedroom with queen size bed. This bedroom has access to the family bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). On the upper level there is a large loft with a queen bed and two singles - loft is open to the living area below. The guest cottage has two bedrooms - one with a set of single bunks and the other room with a queen bed. The guest cottage has a three piece bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).

Kitchen with gas stove top, dishwasher, microwave. Fireplace, TV, DVD. Laundry (washer/dryer). A playpen is available. Walk out to deck and grounds both to the rear and to the waterfront side. Guest cottage has living area and small kitchenette ('fridge, microwave), airtight wood stove. Deck, dock, patio furniture, gas bbq., canoe, outdoor fire pit.

Waterfront & Swimming

Approx. 80' of westerly facing frontage. There is a ramp for easier access into the shallow water at the shoreline - with sand bottom and gradual slope. Approx 3-4' at end of dock. Boat launch in Caesarea and marinas on the lake for boat rentals.
