There is one bedroom on the main floor – king bed with tv, and walk out to deck. There is a three piece bathroom (shower) on this level, accessible to hallway and master bedroom. On the upper level are three bedrooms – one with a queen and two singles, one with a queen and a double bed, and one with queen and a double (up one step from hall). There is a four piece bathroom (tub/shower, toilet & sink) on this level.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approx. 120′ of shoreline accessed by 36 cement stairs from lower level to dock on one side of the property and a second set (30 wooden stairs plus 27 stone stairs from upper deck) on the other side. Large deck/dock at shore with steps into limited shallow water (1-2′ deep) to right of dock onto sand bottom, rocky further out, drops off 5′ out from shore.
