We are a full-service cottage rental agency. This means that we manage the rental of your property from end-to-end, including everything from professional photography and comprehensive property descriptions to vetting vacationers and facilitating the booking process.

Listings services have grown in popularity in recent years, however so has the level of risk assumed by property owners. Our 35+ years experience in the cottage rental business help us to navigate, vet and filter out vacationers that might not be the ideal fit for your property.

We are experts in the Cottage Rental industry and so can provide you with advice, information and knowledge to maximize the appeal of your cottage according to renters. In addition, we run a marketing program ourselves in order to drive qualified consumers to your listing every day.

We personally come to your property and take all of the photographs required for the listing on our website. We take a large volume of photographs from multiple perspectives in order to give prospective renters a great look at your property.

On our visit to your property we collect all of the information required to develop detailed, descriptive and compelling listings. Little time and effort is required on your side when it comes to compiling cottage information.

We take the hassle out of the equation by fielding renter questions, providing information and actually processing bookings for you. No need to be involved in the management of your listings on an ongoing basis. Simply submit your availability and we’ll take it from there.

We have many qualified renters who return to our agency each year. Our experienced team reviews each booking on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible outcome to all concerned. Our team is here, in person, and can communicate directly with owners or renters as needed. If we’re not comfortable with a booking, we won’t proceed with it.

Part of a full-service offering is dealing with the questions, comments, concerns and issues of renters. We are there every step of the way to answer renter questions and keep the burden off of our owners wherever possible.

We are veterans in the industry. Our business started out as in-person consultations in a video room in the late eighties and has since evolved into an almost entirely online and over-the-phone rental agency.
