There are 7 bedrooms in this cottage separated on two sides on the upper level. There are 3 bedrooms to the right of the staircase – the master on this side is lake facing with a king bed. The second bedroom is also lake facing with a double/single bunk bed combination, and the third is driveway facing with a queen bed (photo currently shows 2 single beds). The fourth bedroom on this side shows a queen bed, but is now a sitting area. There are 4 bedrooms to the left of the staircase – the master on this side is lake facing with a king bed. The second bedroom is also lake facing with a double/single bunk bed combination, and the third is driveway facing with two single beds. The fourth bedroom on this side is also driveway facing with a queen bed. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. There are two 2-piece bathrooms on the main floor, one with laundry facilities and extra fridge attached. There is a 4-piece bathroom on the upper left level and a 4-piece bathroom on the upper right level.

Extensive property with approximately 1500′ of northwesterly facing lakefront. Waterfront accessed 8 stairs with railing and gentle path, slight elevation from cottage. Shallow water with soft bottom, weeds to both sides of dock. Some lily pad growth.
