Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 washrooms in this cottage. The Master bedroom with queen bed is located on the main floor looking out to the Muskoka room and includes a 3-piece ensuite with walk-in shower. The main floor also has a powder room with toilet and sink. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite including sink and toilet with pocket door leading to a shared shower with the adjoining washroom which has 2 sinks and a toilet and can be accessed from the hallway. The third bedroom on the upper level has a double bed. The fourth bedroom on the upper floor also has a double bed. The fifth bedroom also serves as a den with entertainment console couch and queen bed.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approximately 100′ of waterfront accessed by stairs from deck over flat grass area. Beautiful lakeside deck with table and umbrella plenty of seating attached to large dock also offering seating waterside. Shallow water access to left of the dock with a sand/rock bottom. Gradual slope to approximately 4′ off the end of the dock with ladder. Boat with oars, 3 kayaks and stand-up paddleboard.
