Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are 3 bedrooms. The first is on the main level with queen bed with walkout to deck . The second bedroom is on the upper level and has a King bed, the third is also on the upper level and has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms; one 3 piece on the main level with shower, sink and toilet. The second is a 4 piece bathroom located on the upper level with shower/tub, sink and toilet.

Very well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, water & ice dispenser new in 2017. Stove/oven, microwave and new dishwasher (2017). 42″ flatscreen TV, DVD, new washer& dryer (2017), air conditioning. Internet (strength may vary) allowance is 50GB per week, with $10 per GB overage charge. Deck with gas BBQ, plenty of patio furniture, sand box, childrens swing set, camp fire pit. There are two kayaks and a paddleboat provided. Boat launch next door (no fee).

Waterfront & Swimming
150′ of shoreline. Sit by the lakeside and enjoy the view. The lakeshore is a protected natural water habitat for fish, turtles, ducks, geese, swans(rarely), otters and beavers. Visible weeds, reeds, scattered rocks and stones. Soft mud on the bottom in places along the shore, which causes feet to sink. Water level at the end of the dock varies from 2.5′ to 4′ deep depending on the time of the year (low in the summer). In the bay, the water level and condition of the bottom are similar to the lakeshore as you walk out into the lake (even as far as 2 kms). An ideal family swimming location is Sandy Lake Beach – a short 2 minute drive east along Lakehurst Road. The beach has a wide waterfront, sand and a sandbar that progresses far out to deeper water and has no weeds. The cottage includes 2 kayaks and a pedal boat.
