Little Bay Lodge' - Wonderful three bedroom, two bathroom family cottage set on Shadow Lake, minutes from Norland and Coboconk. The cottage has been recently renovated and features vaulted living room ceilings, wood floors and is very comfortably furnished and finished. The living area is up three steps from main entrance and another step up to the dining, kitchen areas. In addition to the spacious open concept living/dining area, there is a loft overlooking the living room with large screen television and seating. Lovely open, grassy lawn areas with sandy beach and shallow entry at the shore - great for children and adults alike. Cottage is well set up for children - playpen and high chair, baby gates. Cottage is a minutes from both Norland and Coboconk.

There are three bedrooms – the master has a queen bed and four piece ensuite (tub/shower, toilet & sink). The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a single bed and a set of single bunks. Main bathroom is four piece (tub/shower, toilet & sink).

Waterfront & Swimming

Approx. 100′ of shoreline accessed over level grassy lawn to water’s edge. Shallow entry (some sand, soft as you wade out) beside dock with deep water from end of dock. (Note – sand has been added to the beach area. Some weed growth as you proceed out into the bay. Bull rushes off to side away from dock and entry.
