Waterfront & Swimming
Approx. 210′ of shoreline accessed by about 18 steps from the lower deck level to the dock. The cottage is set close to the water. Dock is approx. 22′ with a floating extension 1 step down and clearly marked. There is clean deep water (12′ deep) swimming. There is some limited shallow entry beside the dock with steps into the water, on to firm sand bottom and gradual slope. 8’x8′ swim raft with ladder also included.
