Guest Comments

“The cottage was exactly as the listing described and photos showed, there were no surprises. The travel package was a literal check off list what to expect, bring, what would be supplied and where to find items. The cottage was well stocked with start up items. The cottage was very close to the water, flat travel, with a great view of the lake and highlands with trees close by to escape the sun. The screened in area was great at mosquito time and the high end barbecue was well used. Inside internet was a bonus to check out hours and things to do and see, we hardly had time to watch satellite tv and at the end of the day there were comfortable beds to sleep in.”

“Water’s Edge was a relaxing, peaceful getaway! We rented a boat and spent hours cruising Benior Lake and enjoying the wildlife. The loons are so amazing, watching the mama dive down for a minnow and feed her baby, nature here is fabulous! The gazebo is a major plus, sitting in it is peaceful and bug free.”

“Thank you very much for the use of your delightful cottage along with my sister and brother in-law. After a very stressful time in the U.K. it was wonderful to sample the peace and tranquility of Canada’s wide open spaces.”

“We had such a relaxing week at Water’s Edge. Thanks so much for the use of your picture perfect cottage! Not much luck fishing but the silence and view was amazing! Included in our stay was watching a Hercules 130 plane on military training almost land on Benoir Lake. At least it seemed very low. So exciting!!”

“The cottage was very clean. We love the fact that the firewood for the fitepit was included. It’s nice to have a gazebo in case it rained. We were lucky, it only rained a couple of hours one day, sp we sat in the gazebo. We also ate all our meals in the gazebo.”
