Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this cottage. On the main level is the master bedroom with a king bed, love seat, flatscreen T.V. and walk-out to deck. The second bedroom also on the main level has a queen bed. There are 2 bathrooms on the main level, one 3 piece ensuite to the master bedroom with glass shower, toilet and 2 sinks. There is another 4 piece bathroom on the main level with tub/shower, toilet, sink and also houses the washer and dryer. On the lower level there are 3 bedrooms. Two of the lower level bedrooms have 2 double beds and 1 single bed each, and the third has a king bed. There is a 3 piece bathroom on the lower level with glass shower, toilet and sink.

Walk-out to deck with patio furniture, lower level walk-out to patio and grounds. Gas BBQ, campfire pit, dock, swim raft and floating water mat. Boat with oars, canoe, paddleboat available for renter use. Concrete boat launch on property (shown in last photo). Also has a store for treats, pizza and other options. Good for ice fishing, skating and close to snowmobile trails weather permitting.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approximately 210′ of beautiful lakefront. Depth at shore approximately 3′ with sand bottom and gradual slope to 9′ off the end of the dock. There is a small sand beach area to the right when looking at the lake for wading. NOTE: there are also 3 children’s kayaks for renter’s use.
