This family cottage ideally suited to two families. On the main level is a king bedroom with 36″ flat screen tv., second bedroom has two double beds. There is a four piece (tub/shower, toilet & sink) bathroom on this level. On the lower level is another king bedroom with 36″ flat screen tv, and the fourth bedroom has two sets of double/single bunks. On this level is a bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet & sink.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approximately 105′ frontage accessed over grassy lawn, gentle slope to shoreline. Granite steps lead into the water at the shore where there is clean swimming on either side of the dock. Some weeds are noticeable, rising toward the surface beyond the end of the dock. It is approximately 1′ deep at entry on a rocky bottom near shore and deepens quickly.

“The cottage is beautiful – tastefully decorated, the most comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful Muskoka room with a wood burning stove to take the chill out of the September mornings, the nicest fire-pit area of any cottage we have stayed at! Loads of board games and outdoor toys – paddle boards, kayaks – you won’t be bored! The most outstanding feature is the incredible view by the lake! We enjoyed breakfast outside by the lake on the warmer mornings, Scrabble games and reading by the lake in the afternoon, fishing, kayaking, and “lake gazing”! A wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful cottage!”
