There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in this cottage. 3 bedrooms are on the main floor, all with queen beds with walkouts. There are 3 bathrooms on the main floor (master bath has Jacuzzi tub, shower and bidet, double sinks), the other 2 are four piece with tub, shower, toilet and sink. There is a bedroom on the lower level, with a queen bed and a set of single bunkbeds. Also a three piece bathroom.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approximately 200’ of lakefront with Easterly exposure. Waterfront accessed by level lot. Large ‘T’ shaped dock with renter docking available. Shallow at shore with soft bottom. Water is approximately 4’ deep off the end of the dock with ladder with clear water and gradual slope. There is some lily pad growth to the sides of the dock when facing the lake. Small island shown in photos can be used by renters.
