Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are 3 bedrooms and one washroom in this cottage. The first bedroom is near the main entrance. It is known as the ‘in-law’ suite. It has a queen bed and door in the hallway that separates it from the main living area. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a 2 sets of single bunks. There is one 4 piece washroom with tub/shower, toilet and sink.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approximately 400’ of lakefront on this small quiet lake. The waterfront in a peninsula so the property is very private. There is a terrific sand beach with gradual slope to deeper water with a sandbar. Shallow off end of dock approximately 2’ deep and deeper water swimming as you progress out. Canoes and Kayaks available and there is very little water traffic on this lake.
