Ashiyana' - Immaculately kept three bedroom plus bunkie family cottage set on a lovely treed lot on Chandos Lake. Large deck/dock at shore plus a deck at the cottage provide lots of outside living space. The cottage has a large dining area in an enclosed 'muskoka room', plus a spacious living area off of the kitchen (additional furniture recently added not shown in photos as well as new ceramic floors in kitchen and bathroom). The bunkie has a sleeping area as well as a sitting area and television. Located about ten minutes from town of Apsley. No smoking anywhere on cottage property.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There are three bedrooms in the main cottage – a queen, a double and a single with a single pull out. There is a three piece bathroom in the cottage with new shower, toilet & sink (bathtub in photos replaced by shower). The bunkie has a double/single bunk combo. If end of stay cleaning has been selected, check out time will be 10:00am

Approximately 100′ of shoreline accessed by approx. 14 steps from the main deck to the deck area at the shoreline. Limited shallow entry at shore over stairs into the water approximately 3′ deep for approximately 10′ out then dropping off quickly (not shown in photos). Water at shore approximately 2′ deep. Clean, deep water swimming from dock. Water approximately 25′ off end of new dock. Ladder available in summer months. Boat slip available to renters in July only. Max boat lenght for docking 15′.
