Stunning views from this spacious log cottage (Panabode) of beautiful Lake Muskoka. Tall trees, plus lots of open grassy areas to play, and a great deck/dock area at the shoreline providing a shallow wading area plus clean, deep water swimming from the dock and views all the way to the Acton Island bridge. This is a great family property with three bedrooms, partially finished basement for extra sleeping plus a bunkie. The cottage is very comfortably furnished and finished - with all the modern 'bells and whistles' we enjoy while on holiday. Skylights provide additional light. Located about ten minutes from Bala.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There are three bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) and two bathrooms, all on one level. The master has a queen bed with a four piece ensuite (tub/shower, toilet & sink). There is a second bathroom with a shower, toilet & sink. The other two bedrooms have a double and a set of singles. The lower level has additional sleeping and walkout to grounds. The bunkie has a set of single bunks and a single bed.

Waterfront & Swimming

200′ of shoreline – accessed by a set of wooden stairs a gentle grass slope. Large deck/dock – 40′ X 12′ – at the shoreline. (Boat house slip not available for renters – but lots of docking on both sides of the boathouse & dock). There is a ladder at the side of the dock near the shore for easy access into the shallow water, sand bottom. Floating Lily Pad. (Water levels are high in our current photos). Wading area adjacent to dock area with sand bottom. Clean, deep water (10′) from end of dock – also with a ladder.
