Guest Comments

“The cottage was wonderful. The space available in both the upstairs and downstairs areas was exceptional. The new master bedroom was an added surprise. Very spacious, with an outstanding rain shower and modern tub. Just beautiful. Lots of room in the kitchen for our group size of 10. We loved eating outside at night, looking over the lake. One of the big pluses, was the fact that we did not need to worry about motor boats on the lake while the grandkids swam. Great that it is a short distance to town as well. The watercrafts provided a nice variety for our family. Our family had a great vacation at this very private spot.”

“The cottage is secluded – great in times of social distancing, and extremely well organized. The cottage is spacious, everything worked well”

“I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had on Lane Lake. The cottage was exactly as described and extremely well-equipped. Having access to some toys and games was wonderful. We also made good use of the rafts and other floating ‘things’. The kitchen was particularly well stocked and I was impressed with the high quality of everything from excellent steak knives to large wooden salad bowls. I would be happy to send a more formal letter of thanks and recommendation if that would be of any use to you. I have been very happy with the service you provided and thank you for helping us to enjoy a great vacation.”

“No surprises – actually the cottage was a little nicer than expected. I’d say we like the newer cottages that have open concept living spaces, clean no musty smells. We like to bring all our kids and their significant others so we require a place that can sleep 10. This cottage was also quiet secluded and the lake was small which we didn’t mind.”

“We vacationed this year with another family and were very pleased with the layout, which had effectively two living rooms, one for the kids, one for the adults, and lots of games and a pool table, which they loved. Also, the lake if very calm, with no noisy boats, which we really appreciated.”

The pictures were completely accurate, there were no surprises. Acutally, the pictures were instrumental in our decision. It was a lovely layout, very open. My wife and I had privacy upstairs with the lovely master bedroom. So many places to sit, lovely view of the lake, and wonderful privacy. And one other nice feature was the number of chaise lounges and outdoor furniture, all in great condition.

Great location near Parry Sound but feels remote. We were surprised by the “Log Cabin Inn” nearby – what an excellent restaurant! Lovely quiet lake. Most importantly, we felt that we got got great value. We would not hesitate to use your services again.”
