Comfortable year round family cottage on natural Redstone Lake. Large open grassy area at the lakeside. Recently renovated, and immaculately maintained, this three bedroom, back split cottage has an open, spacious living room and kitchen, with a separate TV room, walk out to the decks overlooking the lake, with great views. Full southern exposure for both sunrise and sunset views right from the dock! Well equipped and furnished for a wonderful family vacation. Close to Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve, Sir Sam's ski and mountain bike resort, local breweries and restaurants. Approximately twenty minutes to the town of Haliburton. NOTE: There are approximately 25 stairs down from the parking area to the cottage. Parking for 2 vehicles.

There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bedrooms and bathroom are up five steps from the living room level. The bathroom is four piece with bathtub and shower.

Amenities

Very well equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. There are 2 tvs and they are both smart TV’s connected to the internet and able to access apps. Some of the software has become outdated and not user friendly so the owners have updated both TV’s with Amazon Fire Sticks. They are both logged on to their Netflix account. Other streaming services/apps are available for renters to login to, using their own accounts (like crave, bell fibe, prime tv). DVD/Blueray player. Unlimited 4G satellite Wi-Fi. The WiFi is satellite and can be affected by weather and streaming speeds sometimes fluctuate. Patio furniture, gas and charcoal BBQ., table/chairs, outdoor firepit, canoe, paddle boat, badminton set and some water toys available. Pontoon boat shown in photos is not for renter use.

Waterfront & Swimming

The waterfront is approximately 100′ wide, with fresh, crystal-clear water for swimming. Natural rocky shoreline with gradual slope and patio stone steps to deeper water. A small dock provides seating space for sunset views and a swim ladder for entry to the lake. 2 kayaks for renter use. Water levels on this lake vary with the season, dropping slowly towards the fall. There is no marina on the lake.
