Amenities
Well equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Screened porch, patio table/furniture. Laundry. Living room has airtight wood burning stove, TV, queen size Ikea pull out sofa (not shown in photos). Air-conditioning. Outside campfire. Canoe, kayak, 2 children’s kayaks and a paddleboard. Television is for use with DVD player only – no satellite or cable. While there is no wi-fi in the cottage, there is a cell tower close to the cottage, which provides strong cell service on all carriers. The McKellar Library (6 kms from cottage) offers free wi-fi.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approximately 240′ of natural shoreline accessed by terraced steps and pathway from cottage. Dock (18′ X 10′) is set off to the right of the property accessed by path along shore. Clean, deep water swimming from dock. There is a small, sandy beach area in front of the cottage, but the water deepens quickly (some lily pad growth further out) and softer water bottom as you proceed into the water. There is a Floating Mat for renter use, as well as 2 adult bicycles. The fishing is excellent from the end of the dock.
