There are three bedrooms – one queen, one double long, and the master has one queen and one queen cupboard bed. There is a two piece master ensuite (toilet & sink). The family bathroom is four piece (tub/shower, toilet & sink).

The newly renovated kitchen has fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Laundry. Booster seat and playpen. Phone. Televiison, DVD, VCR. Airtight fireplace. Deck, dock, patio furniture, bbq, 15′ 6″ canoe, 14′ (4 person) aluminum boat and 2 “sea” style kayaks – one 6′ and one 10′. Oars and paddles provided as well as 4, universal sized adult life jackets. There are some additional recreational facilities at the community centre in Burnt River including a small childrens playground set and baseball diamond.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approx. 112′ of frontage with westerly exposure accessed by 15 terraced steps over grassy lawn area. Small sandy beach off to the left of the property with sandy bottom and gradual slope, more beach as the water levels recede over the course of the summer. Dock is 36′ long – 4′ deep off end. There is now an 8X10 shoreline deck attached to the dock as well.

“The waterfront and sand bottom was amazing. It was great to have the two bathrooms, dishwasher and linens as well as the cleaning service !!!! The cottage was very well laid out and kitchen was very well appointed.
The only possible improvement would be treated drinking water to avoid bottled water. It is in a great location, great waterfront, not too much work given the cleaning, linens and dishwasher. Great for older people with mobility issues and for little children. I would give this cottage a ten out of ten !!!!”
