Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Four bedrooms in the main cottage – all on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed (ceiling fan) and direct access to the upper deck, overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed (ceiling fan), the third has a queen bed (ceiling fan) and the fourth has a set of single bunks and a playpen. There is a four piece bathroom (shower, toilet & sink) on the main floor. There is a three piece bathroom on the lower (basement) level (bath, toilet & sink). There is a two piece bathroom on the second floor. The bunkie has a queen bed with walkout to deck, and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens are included in the rental rate.

Waterfront & Swimming
Approx. 160′ of frontage accessed over a grassy slope (some of which has steps over a steep slope) to the water’s edge. Shallow entry over stone steps, sand bottom, gradual slope (soft bottom as you wade out). Some exposed sand beach depending on water levels. (Water levels are low in the current photos). Some lily pad growth as you wade out into deeper water. Large 38′ dock (with ladder) and swim platform.

“The cottage had just the right amount of space for our family. We absolutely loved the size of the bunkie with its own bathroom!. The spacious living areas , high ceiling , many windows family/TV/ dining room was a pleasant spot to spend time as well as the cozy couches near the fireplace in the small sitting room. The deck had a good amount of space for everyone and the netted, lights adorn gazebo was a great spot to dine outside. Spacious downstairs playroom with ping pong table was a great addition too. It was great to have the washer and dryer, multiple small fans to help keep the rooms cool on the hot nights. This cottage was unanimously approved from the first step in and acclaimed “ the best we have rented so far.”

Bath and beach towels laid out on all of the beds upon arrival, the cottage was clean with lots of provisions for renters such as laundry detergent, coffee pods and beach toys. “It was exactly as the website showed and stated! Out of all the cottage websites I have seen, cottagerental.com by far is the best website ever! The travel package provided all the information we needed. It was very thorough and informative. The entire cottage and grounds were incredible! It is hard to choose one feature as it was all so amazing. If I have to choose, indoor it is the living room, games room and the bedrooms. Outside it is the dock, beach, hot tub and floating raft. We usually choose a different cottage each year as a way to explore a new lake and region each time, but we do return to some of the best cottages once in a while and we would definitely rent this cottage again! This is one of the most amazing cottages we have ever rented! This is such a gem! The interior design has such amazing carved details and all the furnishings are wonderful! The bedrooms and bunkie are very comfortable, and the living room and games room is so wonderful and well equipped.The kitchen is very well equipped as well, and the whole the cottage has a wonderful atmosphere!
Outside the grounds are so fun to explore! There is a lot of privacy across the grounds. The hot tub is such a unique feature and a perfect place to relax.
The dock and beach is very big and a perfect place to spend the whole day by the water and relax! We really appreciate the beach for my 2 year old niece. The swimming was wonderful and the diving raft was so great to have! This place is a gem! We had the best time!

“The size of the cottage was perfect for our 2 families. We enjoyed the porch (when weather improved) and were thankful for the netted eating area. The hot tub was greatly appreciated especially given that the first 3 days were rainy and not overly warm. Also the fridge/freezer in the basement came in handy as we would not have fit everything in the kitchen fridge. The beach area, although small, was great for our young children, as was the large grass area between the cottage and the water. It was so nice to have access to the canoes and pedal boat.”

The Owners are lovely, and put a lot of effort into making the cottage welcoming and adding little thoughtful extras. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the Bunkie was the best we’ve seen. The fans in the bedrooms, a cool refuge in the basement, the gazebo to eat in all made the cottage comfortable. I loved the quilts on the bed and the rag runner going down the old pine stairs. “We love how quiet and private this location is. It is on a wonderful lake with lots of wildlife around. There is a lot of space and it is great that there is a “games” room downstairs where the kids could hang out. The place is very clean and all lines are provided. “Our favourite feature of this cottage were the renovated bathrooms and living room. It had all the comforts of home with a cottage feel right on the lake. Good quality beds, linens, towels, and furniture including ceiling fans were really appreciated. We loved the spacious deck and abundance of comfy chairs. The deck is mostly in the shade which was a relief since we had such lovely weather so we could sit out on the deck for hours with great comfort. “We absolutely LOVED this cottage. It was probably our favourite that we have rented so far. It was so peaceful and the view from the deck and even the family room was breathtaking. The cottage was very clean and there is a lot you can do… both inside and out. And I found the pictures were very accurate (although two of the bathrooms had been updated so it was even better than what we saw beforehand).We really liked the beach front – having a sandy area where we could sit in the shade was a nice touch. We also appreciated how quiet the lake was – not a lot of traffic on it at all. The ping pong table was an added bonus and we had many tournaments while we were there. The family room was where we spent a lot of time hanging out – and we were still able to get that fabulous view down to the lake. And having that beautiful bunkie was a total luxury. Not having to worry about bringing up linens for the beds or bathrooms was a time saver for sure. The gift basket that was left with some local goodies was a super nice touch as well.
