General DescriptionThis is a wonderful property for families - offering a great beach and waterfront for children with open, grassy areas on which to play. The cottage is situated on beautiful Maple Lake, approximately twenty minutes to the town of Haliburton. This four bedroom cottage is very comfortably furnished and finished. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has wood walls, vaulted wood ceilings and lots of windows with a walk-out to a large deck facing the water. In addition to the living area on the main floor there is a recreation area in the basement with walk-out to the grounds and lots of 'extras' like ping pong table, foosball & air hockey games. This property is fully winterized and available year round.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThe master bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed and a two piece ensuite (toilet/sink) bathroom. There are two other bedrooms on this level - one with a double bed and one with a two sets of single bunks. There is a four piece (toilet, sink, shower/tub) on this level as well. On the lower level there is a large bedroom with a double bed and pull out single trundle bed, and a set of single bunks.

AmenitiesThe kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher and there are also laundry facilities provided. Telephone, TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. There is also a child's play pen and a baby booster chair. There are deck chairs and a patio swing on the deck overlooking the beach and a picnic table, and another patio swing the waterfront. There are also two child's bikes and one adult bike available. The lower level of the cottage with walk-out to the waterfront is a spacious area with ping pong table, foosball and air hockey games. A canoe and paddleboat are provided. There is also a dock and swim raft from which to enjoy the excellent swimming.
