General DescriptionThis charming chalet style cottage is located on quiet Emsdale Lake, near the village of Kearney, about 20 min. north of Huntsville. Nestled on a mature, private, 1.5 acre lot and offers a lovely setting with northwesterly exposure, particularly good for young children with a large lawn area and great sand beach at the shore. The cottage is very nicely finished in pine and modern appliances. In 2007 and spring of 2008, extensive renovations include a basement with walk out to grounds, decks/railings, screened porch. There will also be a new dining room table/chairs and new living room furniture. (Photos not available at this time).

Bedrooms & Bathrooms3 Bedrooms on second floor. The large bedroom overlooking the lake has a queen bed, a double and a single. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double. The bathroom is on the main level and has a jacuzzi tub with a separate shower, toilet and sink.
