General DescriptionThis charming chalet style cottage is located on quiet Emsdale Lake, near the town of Kearney, about 20 min. north of Huntsville. The town of Kearney is the gateway to the Algonquin Park wilderness with 3 access points. One at Tim Lake, one at Magnetawan Lake and another at Rain Lake. Nestled on a mature, private, 1.5 acre lot it offers a lovely setting with northwesterly exposure, particularly good for young children with a large lawn area and great sand beach at the shore. The cottage is very nicely finished in pine with modern appliances and furniture. This cottage has an extensive deck with screened gazebo.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are 4 bedrooms, 3 on the second floor. The large bedroom overlooking the lake has a queen and a double bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double. The bathroom on the main level and has a jacuzzi tub with a separate shower, toilet and sink. There is also a lovely new change room and separate outhouse on the property. In the recently renovated basement there is a new 3 piece bathroom with heated tile flooring, toilet, shower and pedestal sink. The 4th bedroom is also in the basement with a king bed and sitting room fully furnished with an electric freplace, TV and walkout (Not shown in photos).
