General DescriptionLocated on popular West Shore Drive of Kennisis Lake, this new, spacious, comfortable cottage has much to offer. The very large living area features a cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace, hardwood floors and a wall of windows that face the lake through mature tree cover. The cottage has an excellent southeasterly exposure, clean swimming and excellent privacy from neighbouring cottages with approximately 200' of lake frontage.

Bedrooms & BathroomsThere are 4 bedrooms in the cottage. 3 on the main floor - one with a Queen size bed, the 2nd with 2 sets of Single Bunk beds and the 3rd with a Double/Single set of bunks as well as as set of Single bunks. There is a 4 piece bathroom on the main floor as well. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV with DVD and an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub.

AmenitiesThe cottage is well equipped with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. There is also a telephone with wireless, high speed internet , satellite, 3D TV with glasses, DVD, VCR, PS2, propane BBQ, large deck with comfortable deck furniture. There is a large screened porch and outdoor campfire pit, paddle boat and canoe/paddles.

Waterfront & SwimmingExtensive natural shoreline (~200' of frontage) with a path from the cottage through the trees to the large 20' x 10' dock/deck at the waters' edge. There is primarily deep water swimming from the dock with a limited shallow area about 1' deep at the shore. The bottom is stoney and deepens quickly.

The Cottage was everything we expected and more. It was very relaxing and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Our 2 dogs had a blast. The owners were just great. They called a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and also answer a couple of questions we had."

"The cottage is actually nicer than the pictures. The layout of the main floor was ideal for our family. I personally liked the oversized fireplace and was glad there were a few cold days that necessitated its use. If we decide to do a cottage rental vacation next year or in future years, I would definitely want to return to this cottage. We loved everything about it."
