"This cottage was all we expected - and more! The setting was beautiful and peaceful. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and video library. It was a fantastic vacation for the entire family - parents, children and dog. The only regret we had was that we had to leave this wonderful place at the end of the week. The cottage was so well organized - everything was clearly labeled - and the fact that it was so well stocked, with books, CDs, a piano, videos and a kitchen that had more implements than my kitchen at home. We definitely want to return next year!"

"The cotage (more like a home) had more than enough room for 5 adults and all the amenities you could possibly want. We had our older dog with us and the gate on the deck and the fenced in area made it convenient to let her out outside. Great location, close to Apsley wher you can get everything you need. The only thing missing were the sunsets."

"This is a lovely spacious centre room, beautiful cedar master bedroom ensuite bathroom with lovely skylight, 3 separate balcony/decks for two of the bedrooms and the living room, very glad about multiple bathrooms, extremely well-equipped kitchen for people who love to cook; the cottage was very well and thoroughly labelled throughout (i.e. plastic bag containing "blankets for bunk bed" etc), nice piano (in tune!), tempting library appealing to three generations of readers, ditto vhs collection, very nice stereo system. finally, we really appreciated the split barn doors leading into the central space in light of our delightful old dog (to keep him out of the tempting kitchen and out of the bedrooms. the cottage is very well set up for civilised dog owners. - a beautiful, tranquil cottage for a family get-together including an aged well-behaved pet."

The cottage more than met our needs, the lake was clean and warm and the weather was perfect. The owner checked in with us on Saturday night so it was nice to touch base directly with the owners. We had a wonderful week and hope to do it again next summer! Thanks again - your service was exceptional and we have actually passed your name along to a number of people, two of which I think have already booked for this summer too!"
