The cottage had a great open plan kitchen and living room great for cooking and cozy evenings in by the fire. Then during the day, there were many - all very comfortable - places to lie and relax in the sun. This cottage gave us so many memories and was a huge hit with our German family. Of course we would consider coming back! Thank you, and to the owners, for a great vacation."

"It is a great lake for swimming - very clean. We appreciated the call of the owner first evening to confirm everything was in order and to give us some instructions about the boat. Cottage had everything you want and there was an ample supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, spices and oils that was there for the renter's use. Good supply of dishes and pots and pans. The outdoor furniture was very plentiful and you had lots of options of where to sit - on the deck by the cottage or down on the dock by the lake..... even had an outdoor stove where you could have a campfire and roast marshmallows!!!"

"The cottage was actually even nicer than the pictures showed. It was cozy and well equipped and the sunroom offered a beautiful view of Kennisis Lake. We loved the sunroom, the view was stunning, the decor cozy and the size was perfect. We enjoyed the dock and sundeck all day long, whether having coffee on the dock in the morning listening to the loons or swimming in the daytime or just relaxing on the muskoka chairs in the evening, watching the sun go down."

"We absolutely loved this cottage. The best one to date. Loved the clean, deep swimming water! Loved the treed, rustic lot and the privacy! We don't have one negative thing to say about this location -- in fact we hope the cottage is available next summer for the same time period. We really liked the privacy. Although the neighbours are near you can't see the cottages. Even at the water, even though the other docks are close, you still feel you have privacy. The water on Kennisis is great too. Deep and clean. Just what we were looking for. We also love the rustic feel of the cottage!"
