This is the last cottage on a dead-end road and has 200' of lake frontage and an elevated setting. Inside, this cottage feels like a home inside with modern decor and comfortable furnishings on two levels. The main floor, entry level has a modern kitchen, separate dining area with walk-out to the Muskoka room/screened porch, a bathroom and bedroom. Up stairs, there is another bedroom and bathroom and the main living room, prominently featuring a pool table.

AmenitiesThe cottage is well equipped and comfortable. The modern kitchen has a fridge, stove/oven and microwave. There is also a TV, DVD, pool table, clothes washer and dryer,1 person kayak, canoe, dock, swim raft, campfire pit, propane BBQ and outdoor furniture. The main floor features a Muskoka room /screened porch with sliding glass doors at either end, facing the lake.

"Every year the cottage owners make improvements to the property & this year was no exception. The kitchen had been updated & also included beautiful new appliances. There was beautiful hardwood in the dining/kitchen & the stairs to the 2nd floor were beautifully done. The master bedroom had been completely remodeled & was very comfortable. What still appeals the most is the location on a small lake, with easy water access & the choice of shade or sunning on a rock. The neighbours are always pleasant & quiet."

"There was excellent swimming and fishing in the lake. There are plenty large (to 2 kg) s.m. bass to left of cottage between blue float and weeds. There are pike also. The canoe is quite seaworthy."

"This cottage was perfect for a family with different desires - there was a beautiful area for relaxing under the trees by the water for the shade lover, & an amazing Canadian Shield rock for sitting in the sun by the water as well. The two decks offered privacy & there was always a pleasant breeze to sit and read, chat & relax. The perennial gardens were an absolute treat--every day we went out to admire & remark on the blooming of each new flower.
The pool table was not a feature we had looked for but what a wonderful surprise! We downloaded 'how to play' from the internet before we left for the cottage. It turned out to be a lot of fun for the whole family & a real drawing card for our son."
